K.R. Komarek needed more space for their growing company and IDG came to deliver. We began by providing a feasibility study to review zoning and parking requirements against a restrictive site to maximize the size of the building addition. The end result was a much needed “ground up” addition and building remodel that celebrated the minimalistic design aesthetic of K.R. Komarek’s European parent company.
IDG provided full services including, space planning, design development, renderings, construction documents, permitting, furniture acquisition management and contract administration services. Interior glass partitions allow natural light distribution which accentuates the clean lines and crisp colors throughout the space.
