IDG was tasked with updating the lobby of this Neo-Classic suburban office building to better compete with “new builds” in the area. With a limited budget, IDG transformed the existing dark lobby into a modern and timeless space. Key design elements were introduced to cover the existing wood wall paneling while creating a “wow” factor.
New black and white carpet conceals the intricate terrazzo floor while three-dimensional wall panels add a slick feature to the back wall, creating a focal point as you enter the lobby. A large scale semi-custom pendant fixture adds dimension to the two story atrium space. New LED lighting throughout highlight the crisp color palette and accentuate the new, fresh design.
